Getting Started on VOLI Manage.

Welcome to our comprehensive guide on setting up your cause in VOLI Manage. This tool is free for charities, nonprofits, and community sports organisations, and today, we'll walk you through the process from account creation to volunteer onboarding.

Step 1: Creating an account

Navigate to VOLI Manage Website: Visit the VOLI Manage website and click on the 'Create an Account' button.

Register Your Account: You will be directed to a new screen where you can log in or create a new account. To register, enter your causes's email address and set a password.

Step 2: Cause Details

Enter Cause Information: Input the name of your cause, provide your 11-digit ABN (Australian Business Number) and specify the location where your course operates.

Add Primary Contact Details: Enter the first name and last name of the primary contact. Specify your role within the cause and provide your contact details.

Set Your Preferences: Choose the reasons why you want to use VOLI Manage from the provided options.

Enter Bank Details (Optional): You can enter your bank details if you wish to accept financial donations from users. This step can be done later if preferred.

Step 3: Login

Login to Your Account: After registration, you'll be redirected to the login screen. Enter your email and password to access your account.

Step 4: Profile Customisation

Edit Your Causes Profile:

Upload your course's logo in the 'Organisation Image' section. Add a cover image that best represents your cause.

Set Cause Type and Description:

Choose your cause type and add your mission statement, highlight and description. Feel free to update your causes information and enter bank details for accepting donations.

Step 5: Add Admins and Volunteers

Manage Admins: If multiple admins will be using VOLI Manage, go to 'Admin Management'. Add a new admin by entering their name and email.

Add Volunteers: Navigate to the 'Manage People' section using the menu on the left-hand side. Click on the 'Add New User' button and enter the volunteer's email address. Each volunteer will receive an email with onboarding steps for the VOLI Mobile application. Once they've created an account, they'll appear in the 'Manage People' section of VOLI Manage.

Note: A bulk upload feature is being developed to allow uploading a CSV file with all your volunteers' email addresses.

All set up!

You've now successfully created your account and added your first volunteers.
